you see the shield in the bottom click that then click yes if it says something like roblox on it.

you obviously have to click yes on the UAC prompt ~~If You Say Plz Because It Is Shorter Than Please Then I Will Say No Because It Is Shorter Than Yes~~

Click Run or Run always on the UAC Prompt.
