This is getting infuriating. I am trying to buy some robux with my credit card and it has worked with EVERY website except this one. I sent roblox an email but they didn't respond.
When I called in, they said it had something to do with me not entering the info right, but I enter the same info on all the other websites I pay with the credit card, and my transaction runs through just fine. Can I please get some mod help, if possible?

It did that to me once, it turned out I had no more money left on the card you might want to check the card and see if you have any money left on it. |

I have $89 on it. Money is no issue. Everything I am doing is right, because I'm entering what I enter for every website. It's just not working on this one for some reason.

Idk. I'm 14. :I I assume my credit should be fine since it works on other trusted websites such as DCUO, SWTOR, LoL, and Steam. |

Some banks have a minimum that is required to be in the account, I know 5/3 bank has a minimum of around 80$, your bank might have a similar minimum. |

It's a walmart money card. There is no required minimum. And the bank it's associated with is G.E. capital retail bank. Can a mod help me please? |

That happens when there's no money on the card. Check to see the balance, or if it's even been activated yet.

I would advise just buying ROBLOX cards if you want to buy ROBUX/BC.
Much easier than entering your card every single time.
I don't think ROBLOX takes gift card payments. If I had a gift card right now I would be trying this. I sure hope that a moderator can clear this up, Because I do want to know if ROBLOX accepts Visa gift cards and such.

Bump. And yeah, they accept visa gifts cards. I actually used a gift card to buy my BC, but it wasn't a walmart money card. You guys aren't reading the description either. i said I called in and the roblox employee said it had something to do with fraud, but this is a card my granddad bought and gave to me, as an, you could call it an allowance.
He puts money on it every month. I put all the right info, idk what's wrong. Nothing SHOULD be wrong. I think it's a roblox problem, which is why I'm requesting help from a roblox staff member. |

If your using your card alot sometimes the bank will put your card on hold, for safety, considering card stealers usually use the money very fast. |

212, Idk if you quite have that firm a grasp on how to read or not, but we've established the fact that I am using a walmart money card already, so there's that. Also, I called roblox myself and they didn't seem to have a problem with it. |
