When, in the course of ROBLOXian events, it becomes necessary to for one people to dissolve economical bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.
We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all ROBLOXians are created equal, that they are endowed by their Account Creation with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Free Games, Liberty and the pursuit of Economic Advancement and Prosperity.--That to secure these rights, Updates are instituted among ROBLOXians, deriving their just powers from the consent of those receiving the update, --That whenever any Form of Update becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Updates, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Free to Play style and Economic Advancements. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Updates long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Coercion, it is their right, it is their DUTY, to throw off such Updates, and to provide new Guards for their future security.--Such has been the patient sufferance of these ROBLOXians; and such is now the necessity which constrains them to alter their former Systems of Update. The history of the present ROBLOX is a history of repeated injuries and usurpation, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute Tyranny over these ROBLOXians. To prove this, let Facts be submitted to a candid world.
-ROBLOX has set the lowest limits of our purchasing power to an astronomical amount, nearly unobtainable to the vast populous of the ROBLOXian Community.
-ROBLOX has implemented games which must have a tariff so high, it is unobtainable by the vast populous of the ROBLOXian Community.
-ROBLOX has removed SEVERAL avenues for potential economic profit for the vast populous of the ROBLOXian Community. (Example Being, but not limited to: Ambassador's Program)
-ROBLOX has restricted the potential economic profit through well-made games by restricting the usage of Game Passes, Badges, and 'BC Only' games for the vast populous of the ROBLOXian Community.
-ROBLOX has set precedents to establish an aristocratic economy in which the vast populous of the ROBLOXian Community has no voice, or influence, and is again unobtainable by this group.
-ROBLOX has deceived the people into believing these updates to be for the expression of creativity to be upheld, but it is hindering the vast populous of the ROBLOXian Community from expressing themselves.
-ROBLOX has restricted the ability to successfully advertise your creations without having a membership. Examples Being, but not limited to:
The Successful Advertisements requiring vast sums of ROBLOX not accessible by the vast populous of the ROBLOXian Community
The Games Page heavily favoring games that sell Game Passes, Paid Memberships, and BC Games moreso than games made by vast populous of the ROBLOXian Community
The Clothing being limited to creation by only BC Members, Clothing being made too expensive to acquire a collection for the vast populous of the ROBLOXian Community
The Inadequate introduction of affordable new hats for the vast populous of the ROBLOXian Community.
-ROBLOX has openly stated that a major catalyst for this seemingly random update was the ROBLOX Companies own economic profit, by the hopeful new purchase of ROBUX to even out their ludicrous pricing overhaul.
-ROBLOX has attempted to curb the spree of copying of shirts and clothing by increasing the price, so that now you aren't buying any clothes, you are copying them for personal use.
-ROBLOX has led to the inflation of their own economy by attempts to influx illegitimate moneys into the economy at an alarming rate.
-ROBLOX has threatened the foundations of ROBLOXian economy by drastically and instantaneously smothering a staple of ROBLOXian Economic Prosperity.
-ROBLOX has infringed upon the clans, requiring two months of daily log in to have the vast populous of the ROBLOXian Community be wealthy enough to afford but a single rank's uniform.
-ROBLOX has declared themselves supreme economic overlords, when they themselves do not divulge in it's inner-workings.
In every stage of these Oppressions We have Petitioned for Redress in the most humble terms: Our repeated Petitions have been answered only by repeated injury. A Prince whose character is thus marked by every act which may define a Tyrant, is unfit to Set the Precedents of an Economically Free people.
Nor have We been wanting in attentions to our ROBLOXian Administrative brethren. We have warned them from time to time of attempts by their Updates to extend an unwarrantable jurisdiction over us. We have reminded them of the circumstances of our emigration and settlement here on this website. We have appealed to their native justice and magnanimity, and we have conjured them by the ties of our common kindred to disavow these usurpations, which, would inevitably corrupt our economical enterprises. They too have been deaf to the voice of justice and of consanguinity. We must, therefore, acquiesce in the necessity, which denounces our Separation, and hold them, as we hold the rest of "Clothing Copiers", Enemies in Economics, in Peace Friends.
We, therefore, the Representatives of the united ROBLOXians of ROBLOX, in General Congress, Assembled, appealing to the natural logic of the world for the rectitude of our intentions, do, in the Name, and by Authority of the good People of this website, solemnly publish and declare, That these United ROBLOXians are, and of Right ought to be Economically Free and Independent ROBLOXians; that they are Absolved from all Allegiance to Updates forced upon them by the ROBLOX Administrators, and that all Economical control had by the ROBLOX Administrators, is and ought to be totally dissolved; and that as Economically Free and Independent ROBLOXians, they have full Power to Price Clothings at their own Rates, conclude transactions amongst their own Terms, contract Economical Enterprise, establish Commerce, and to do all other Acts and Things which Economically Independent ROBLOXians may of right do. And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of divine Providence, those of us who sign below mutually pledge to each other our Accounts' Lives, our Fortunes and our sacred Honor.
