Arizona Outlaws - owned by [Colinator1999] - Colin's 2nd team in RFL, this will be his 2nd season owning. San Diego Diamonds - owned by [Pokemonguy365] - Poke owned in Tchapman's RNCAAF and in EBL, hopefully bringing some past experiences into this seasons ownership. RFL Rulebook ------------ Team/Roster Rules: - If teams have 5 or more, 5v5 must be played. There is no more choosing 4v4 if both teams have 5+. - Subs can be used if only 2 players are there for a team, any less then it’s a forfeit. The subs may not be on all star list. - Signing only occurs when both team owner and player agree to terms, trades only occur when all team owners in the trade agree to terms and releasing occurs when team owner states who he releases. - Draft picks can be traded. - No drafting signing rights, if they aren’t in RFL, you can’t draft them. Game Play: - 4 quarters, 6 minutes - 4 downs, FD = 10 yards - Teams are given 3 time outs per half - The clock doesn’t stop after first downs - Clock is stopped after: Kick offs, turn over on downs, play goes out of bounds, ball is spiked, incomplete passes, ect. Overtime: - No onsides in OT. - 1 period of OT, (6 minutes long), NFL OT rules: - If team A scores a TD, the game is over and team B loses. - If team A scores a FG, team B has a possession to tie or win. - If team A lets up a safety, the game is over and team B wins. - If team A throws a pick and the team B kicks a FG or gets a TD, team B wins. - If it is in regular season and OT ends still tied, it will go into the standings as a tie. - If it is in playoffs and OT ends still tied, another OT will be added until the game is decided. - Auto Punt rules are applied in OT. Special Teams: - Kick offs are done at the 35, receiving team cannot go past their 45, prior to a kick. - Away team chooses heads or tails before regulation or OT. Home team chooses what side they defend and it switches at half time. - 2 onsides are given to per team for the WHOLE game. - Onsides can be kicked whenever. - Field goals must be snapped to a kicker and the kicker may not line up more then 15 yards away from the line of scrimmage. - Line of scrimmage on PATs/2pt is at the 10 yard line, PAT kicker cannot be past the 20 yard line. - Kick off power must be 85 and PAT, field goal power must be 80. Offense: - Snap count is allowed, QB can say “Hike” as many times as he wants but the play doesn’t start until the QB moves which allows both teams to cross line of scrimmage. - No pushing off your CB, no setting picks for other players on your team. - Once you have one forward pass you cannot pass forward again. - QB may rush after 5 seconds, if no one rushes then the QB must wait for QBR which is after 15 seconds. If the ball is snapped to the QB then the QB does not have to wait at all to rush. - A WR cannot receive the ball if they voluntarily run out of bounds and comeback in. If they are pushed out of bounds by CB then they can still receive a pass once back on the playing field. - A WR must touch the ground for it to be ruled complete, if a WR catches it in air and lands out of bounds it is incomplete. - It is not pass interference if the QB does not pass to the WR that committed the penalty. 5 Second Fumble Rule: - If a player is tackled, the football is still live for 5 seconds, if the player drops it or throws it, its considered a fumble. Defense: - On hand offs, the defense may not jump over blocks before the RB crosses the line of scrimmage. - No defensive pass interference. A CB can jam whenever or wherever. - Rushers cannot jump over a blocker if they are behind the line of scrimmage blocking for the QB. Jump Rule: - If the jump with tackle is not fixed, QBS are the only position that can jump and they must be behind line of scrimmage to do so, max of 2 jumps per play. Anymore will be marked down and 5 yards will be subtracted from that spot. Flag Amounts: Offsides - 5 yards - Player is lined up on wrong side of line of scrimmage after hike is called. Encroachment - 5 yards - Defense jumps the line of scrimmage before hike is called. Usually called when an offense uses snap count. False Start - 5 yards - Offense jumps the line of scrimmage before hike is called or before the QB moves. Pass Interference - 5 yards - WR pushes off or sets pick. Jump Flag - 5 yards - QB jumps more then 2 times or jumps after line of scrimmage. - A non-QB jumps. Over the Blocker - 5 yards - A rusher jumps over blocker during run play. - A rusher jumps over a blocker that is blocking for the QB. 2 Balls - 5 yards - The offense has 2 balls out when hike is called. Unsportsmanlike Conduct - 10 yards - A player is complaining, insulting, ect. Holding - 10 yards - A player takes out a ball and tackles someone. Intentional Grounding - 10 yards, loss of down - A QB intentionally throws a ball away when he is in hashes either out of bounds or where no one is in the field. Warnings: - Players are given warnings by referees for complaining, after one warning you are subject to ejection. - Referees have the right to skip the warning if it is drastic enough (I mean DRASTIC). - You are subject to suspension if you are ejected from a game. Stadium Requirements: - All teams must have a stadium of their own - All stadiums must be approved by Zim347, they must have: invisible separating walls from fans, proper tackle, scoreboard, admin, football, team spawns, FD chains with hopper bin tool, coin (Red/blue), ect. - All stadiums must have: - http://www.roblox.com/Anti-Throttle-item?id=165583215 - http://www.roblox.com/RFL-Anti-Speed-item?id=161379491 Team Requirements: - All teams must have jerseys - All teams must have helmets created and put as a model.

moldy when someone had the ball and jumped, it would trip them kinda so it wouldnt allow them to jump forward and roblox broke it so noone has been able to fix it

"- It is not pass interference if the QB does not pass to the WR that committed the penalty." pls fix dis also, a few rule suggestions: -"shotclock" on certain plays. for example, before halftime and when teams go for the deep ball, if the defense doesnt send a rusher then it is very easy for the QB to spend 5 minutes with the ball just running around doing nothing, which stalls the game. the longest ive seen a football play go is arouund 2 minutes tops, i think if after 1 minute of nothingness, then the ball should be called dead - live ball on kickoffs. this isnt an attempt to change onside rules, but rather which teams are eligible to recover the ball on kickoffs. say the kicking team kicks it 40 yards down field to around the opponents 35, but there isnt alot of time left on the clock and the recieving team doesnt want to return it so they dont drain the clock, so they leave it be and wait for the other team to call it dead. in real football, both teams are eligible to recover a kickoff, however to accomodate the roblox game, i would say that both teams are only eligible to recover the kick off if it was kicked a certain distance (like 40 yards or so). Once again, this ties into stalling the game because theoretically the game could go on forever if the kicking team just walked off the field and wasnt near the ball to recover it dead. -max of 3 refs no matter the game. for petes sake, having 16 refs for a single game just makes things more crowded and dumb because half of them want one team to win and the other half are just there to have a better view of the game AND ONTOP OF THAT CALLS WILL STILL BE MISSED LMAO. 1 person to do chains, 1 person to manage clock and 1 extra person to watch the field (which all the other 2 refs do aswell) is all it takes for a game to run smoothly. -stat keepers should have no say in ref calls. stat keepers arent officials, they are simply accesorys to the game. i feel like every game we have to search and wait for a person to take stats, and a majority of the stat keepers have no RFL real ref experience and are alot of times bias. if it comes down to a point where a stat keeper CAN be a deciding factor on the game, then the game isnt fair anymore. -can we make PATs more realistic? aka require a snap and allow the defense to rush? because otherwise its normally just a given. sure, occassionaly, teams do miss the FGs because they throw it right into the other teams wall, but think if teams are allowed to rush, would they stop walling and focus on the rush more which would make PATs that much harder? i think this is worth looking into. -"Kick off power must be 85 and PAT, field goal power must be 80", i swear, people made this rule just so they can call more flags and yell at players. why not just make these two powers even? 5+ power isnt more than a 5 yard distance difference. -have the pro bowl worth something. otherwise its just a joke game that people mess around in (like 2 seasons ago). people actaully got really into this seasons pro bowl game (so much so that 2 were ejected) because they thought it determined home field advantage for the bloxxer bowl. -HARPOON BULLYING BOWL. ive been pushing for this for a long time. basically the idea of worst vs worst in RFL is great to me because i think it could really be helpful for determining ownership in the future. think of it, peoples real colors come out when they are put on pressure to not be the worst in RFL and we can really see who is qaulity owners and who isnt. I MEAN REALLY THIS ONE IS LONG OVERDUE. -tighter rules on trading draftees. there has always been a rule that you cant trade or cut draftees, but there was always a way around it. for example, you could trade a draftee for another draftee, which was part of the rules, then cut the draftee you just traded for, which was also part of the rules because you DIDNT DIRECTLY draft him. this has always been a stupid loophole in RFL imo. i think the only fix to it is to allow owners to CUT draftees as they please, only if they sign a rookie to fill his spot. however, i do think that trading rookies for other players should be allowed (but i dont think rookies hold enough value in the RFL trade market so it shouldnt really be a factor). if you think about it, MOST of the time teams draft players because they WANT them. very rarley do we see teams draft players just to cut them later on (which is ultimatley their loss), so this does really make sense to change up. other than that there isnt really any other thing i would like to suggest. i thought this rule book would be much more in depth tho considering u said u started making it like a month ago but w/e.

Teams cannot sign rookies. Draft Period: Teams will have 6 rounds to draft rookies of their choosing. Pre-Season Period: Teams will have 1 preseason game to decide what rookies they will keep, rosters must have a minimum of 4 rookies going into regular season. Teams can choose to keep all 6 rookies as long as they under 18 total players. Regular Season Period: Teams must keep a roster under 18 and can choose to release anyone as long as their rookie amount stays at 4 or above. All-Star List is in effect only during offseason.
