Hello, I'm the owner of the somewhat infamous game known as The New Generation Obby. I am looking for new and original ideas for my game to replace two of my current obstacles. One is simply just too glitchy, the other one I just feel like I can do better on. If I do wind up using it in game, you will be given credit for it in game. As in I will create a holographic image of your character at the start of the obstacle, which will the text "Credit to ExampleNameHere for the inspiration of this obstacle" If your worried about someone stealing your idea from the form, then just send me a PM about it. Im sorry to say but... Obbies are old, if you cant cframe or script decent you are doomed, i am currently experiencing this problem.

Some of the first player made games on Roblox were obbies. For a while they held their own on the front page. Then people started stealing places. For a while a couple of obbies were being used as scam games, as in the game image showed one kind of game, but it was one of three over copied obbies that had got put into free models. Now a days most obbies are made with the stamper tool and promise to give Robux at the end of it, which of course is a scam. My creation of this obby is an ode to the foundation of all modern Roblox games. I knew that I couldn't just use the standard lava jumps and squares for it, so I created original obstacles. So to get to the point michaeldylano. Yeah obbies maybe old, but that doesn't mean that they don't still have a place on the Roblox front page when made properly.

Spinning platforms parkour, rope swing, super jump parkour, go faster so the wall doesnt crush you, dont stop moving parkour etc. Really ideas for these types of games aren't too hard to come up with if you just think for a little.

Obbies are old news bro. But I have ONE idea that sorta sounds good? Make a platform, and then place AI's randomly on it. Do some scripting so that some of them kill (add a kill script into the body) and the users have to make it to the other side. Just an idea...

Once Roblox updates solid modeling to where you can go into the hole and gaps you create in the bricks, making new obstacles will be a lot easier than it is now. But until then I will have to make due.

try making a moving (x y and z axis) truss that you have to fully climb to get to the next point. if you make it rotate, its even more tricky. sounds like "challenge accepted."

an obby will, at best, be a one hit wonder once some1 completes it, they never come back unless you put some sort of twist like speed run did
