A MESSAGE TO THE ROBLOX ADMINISTRATORS AND DAVID (ROBLOX Community may read also, especially the Clothing Designers):
Remember when the ROBLOX U Event occurred during the 2014 year (currrent year)? Yeah, you made everything happen, but what really 'took the cap off my can' was when you guys BLOCKED, and I mean BLOCKED, your own clothing template from being seen from the ROBLOX Community. I mean yeah, you guys are smart enough to figure people will want to profit from it, but REALLY, you let other designers' template be shown? Here's your Shirt:

Now since you're there, look at the ridiculous, but true comments.
Seriously, you need to add THAT 'BLOCKED IMAGE' thing to OUR (Designers) TEMPLATES. If not, most of the designers will have left ROBLOX and your "wonderful game" may end up bankrupt because of the designers who buy Builders Club to produce such wonderful clothing for the community.(& yes, I'm a clothing designer, I've had this problem of copying going on for awhile now, and other designers too.)
Here's the catch:
People who copy other people's clothing, they want FAME & FORTUNE. I ask myself; If they can get THAT much fame & fortune, will they be able to get that SAME amount in the SAME amount of time in life? This is very dumb of me, but people who copy others' work, they will end up failing in life.
These false clothing designers are expressing PLAGIARISM, which by FAR is against the law, in most areas. I realize that since you guys have the 'whatcha-meh-do' Block Image thing on your shirt, please add it to your future updates on the ROBLOX site, so that our current designers (e.g. iOozi, iMush, xXiiBeLeeLeeXx, Caysa, etc etc.) do not quit ROBLOX and cancel their Memberships, furthermore, blah blah blah (sorry a bit bored now..) Anyways, this is a request for this "New Update", I hope the ROBLOX Team takes this in and I will be looking forward to seeing this in the future, (I'm hoping 2015, if not, I'm not sure how much longer..)

And YES, I am a C++ Clothe Designer, and if Roblox manages to put this on EVERY CLOTHES, I'm gonna get back on Track with my clothing career.
And, no I don't find clothes being copied funny at ALL.
This is the only way to stop clothes from being copied, either BC or NBC on Groups, trust me. |

I would agree, but..
you don't need the pixelated currency of ROBLOX to survive throughout life.
It is a good idea, but I'm pretty sure most of S&I is getting pretty tired of the "STOP CLOTHES COPYING" threads.
Please, save most of S&I our sanity and get over it.

No, we're not tired of seeing these threads, we're tired of Roblox being under a rock, it has been long enough already.
Your only statements is "Who the hell cares", "Get over it" and "Quit Crying over Virtual Clothing"
1. A LOT of clothes designers like me do care, we don't find this funny at all and it's seems more like making clothes is useless.
2. We can't just get "Over" it, this won't stop clothes being copied, we're trying to find a way to get rid of this issue, and we won't stop until Roblox makes a statement about it.
3. How about you put yourself in an artist's shoes, do you want other people taking credit or stealing your work? It's the same in real life and the internet when it comes to ART. |

ROBLOX actually has the potential to make templates not show up as a copy prevention system. Interesting.

This thread is old, Roblox still hasn't done anything yet and copiers fortified their codes for full size, even Roblox's clothes have been compromised.
I guess they should create a whole new system. |
