1) Use grammar. 2) Use punctuation. 3) Respect ranks higher than you. 4) Do not ask for a promotion. 5) Call any customers or ranks higher thank you sir or ma'am. 6) Do not use faces while working. (Example: :D) 7) Be nice to customers and give them what they ask for. 8) Never stand on tables. 9) Never yell at a customer or anyone else.- If there is a problem with a customer, call security. 10) Never slack. 11) Do what you are told the first time someone asks you. 12) If a customer acts rude, ignore the fighting back with them.
