How can I open a plugin.

I've already downloaded it and re-opened a new tab of ROBLOX Studio but I can't see the plugin I downloaded. Where are the located?

If you have the older version of Studio, you download plugins. The only plugins available are the ones downloadable on the internet by crazyman32 and such.
