So I saved the image of the thumbnail, since there was no template. But the thumbnail looks slightly blurred and not good. It's bad I know, I used MS Paint xD http://www.roblox.com/Adventure-Quest-2-D-Platformer-Volcano-Temple-place?id=164709305 I'm pretty sure I used to right dimensions. What are they?

Get an inage editor called Gimp. Open the picture in Gimp, resuze it to the size of a thumbnail (About 500 width x 280 Height) using image>scale image abd if the image is still blurry, go to filters>enhancements>sharpen and sharpeb the image as much as you want. Export the image by going to file>export and save it as a png file. Then you can upload as a thumbnail.

I think the problem was the image i saved as a bit smaller than the original, so yeah... Gimp is too complicated. I've tried. My sister uses it and shes amazing and has a blog and stuff

Once you learn your way around it, it is quite simple and doing stuff like make a thumbnail with a background and adding effects is just a routine. By my 4th real thumbnail (real meaning I actually worked harder on it), I was told my work looked professional. My point is, once you learn the basics of Gimp, you can go far fast.
