This was the last post in the thread before people started flaming me on 3/15/2016.
I personally spent a few years around S&I, putting up so many suggestions to what I thought were good ideas. We don't all get heard, and maybe I wasn't, but I feel like I finally have something to put my own name behind after all these years of S&I. |

I'm just a regular Roblox user here and I know that your wondering why I just made a reply right now since TIX BEING REMOVE event in roblox happened more than a month ago since I just discovered that you get tix almost every time you login I thought of a way to get robux without paying for it so heres how: Whenever you get a badge from a sponsored game in roblox I just think of that you know I feel bad to and quite annoyed because I'm a Pilipino and in my country one dollar causes 49 pesos (Currency) and the cheapest robux pack is 4 dollars 90 something so this is just a request also the reason I posted this because I'm kind of tired looling at some one and seeing most of his clothes are free and sometimes ########## have the same roblox attire combo over and over again so if your not go give tix back well just make a easier way to get robux I'm not really forcing you to do this but just a request I'm not even saying pls for you to do it just reply me if you have anything to say about my idea ok from Rulebull |

since the date this thread was originally posted, it has become much easier to earn ROBUX.
unfortunately though, there's nothing ROBLOX can do about Philippine economy. Correct me if I'm wrong, but it sounds like there's a lot of inflation going on in your country. I feel sorry for you. |

...Why are people complaining about developer income? Isn't that what gamepasses are for?

If you aren't popular enough to sell any gamepasses, you probably either
a) Don't have a good enough game to sell anything.
b) Don't know how to make your game popular (that's why advertisements exist, there are also alternatives to people who cannot afford them).
c) Your game isn't worth enough to have someone spend money on it.
d) Several other reasons that gamepasses or products aren't sold
There's literally no reason to complain that "removing tix removes developer income," when the developer should factor in monetization of their own game. If the developer cannot figure this out, they can LEARN it, rather than complain that they don't get money from people simply visiting. When you get money from people visiting, it takes away from the quality of the game since the developer has more reason to focus on flashy thumbnails and clickbait titles rather than quality, playability, and overall creativity of the game itself. There's a reason free model tycoons are so prevalent sometimes, it's because of the clickbait factor, and the fact that the developer can easily make money off of products and gamepasses sold, so there is more reason to shift towards development of these uncreative games.
There's no need for free currency, there's a need for creative and quality games.

And due too the recent update, Tix have been removed. Now the only way to obtain currency is by selling Limiteds, LimitedUs', etc. And also buying Robux. Meaning no new players can buy new items w/o buying some amount of Robux. Personally, i dont care about the matter, due to the fact that i dont play on a daily basis, or even a monthly basis. I digress, this update sucks for all the smaller kids who played roblox and wanted to get 'cool' new items. Poor smaller kids. Although, i am not sure whether this update is going to increase the amount of money ROBLOX itself earns. Or if the update is going to result in a uproar/decline of players, thus limiting the amount of transactions that occur on this site. Either way, i feel as though the cancelation of Tix wasnt a very good idea anyways, since it used to cost 100 Tix to get a shirt, equating to ten days time of daily log in rewards. Now instead people have to buy Robux, which i find rather irking. But, y'know. It's all a game anyways. This update only really affects the people who were saving up Tix to convert into Robux. Along with also aggrivating/upsetting a handful of newbies to ROBLOX.com or smaller kids. Which is, still, pretty upsetting . |
