I think the Blackhawks are a stronger team than Tampa Bay.
Chicago is consistently good, whereas Tampa has very good games.
The reason Tampa Bay is up 2-1 in the series is because of their explosive offense, with Tampa's offense if they get going they're incredibly hard to stop, offense on Lightning is so good I don't think Keith and Seabrook are enough to keep them off the board. The other reason is Ben Bishop. Ben Bishop is talented and huge, but he is inconsistent like most of the Tampa roster. If Bishop has a good game, look out Hawks, but if he plays poorly he's gonna get lit up.
If Tampa keeps getting lucky and having the games where they're insane or just stealing games (I agree with gh0st, Chicago dominated game 3) then there is no doubt in my mind Tampa can win the cup.
With all that being said, I still think Chicago will win the cup this year. They have the consistency and experience to earn my trust. Kane and Toews are insane clutch, and I think when it really comes down to it the Blackhawks know the playoffs much better than Tampa.Tampa might get game 4 or 5, but as soon we're in the final games (assuming they don't win both) Chicago will shut them down.
