Downloading Issue

I recently got a copy of autodesk maya student edition. I am unable to download it however. It downloads most of the program but then stops and says nothing was able to download. I have the same error with photoshop CS6. These are large downloads however. And my PC is quite slow. The downloads are 13GB for Maya and 14GB for CS6. Anyone know the problem?

Everyone calm down, he needs assistance and he came here since he trusts he can get it here. So please be kind to him and of you can answer his question then answer it and if you can't then don't post. Try running a virus scan, shutdown, then try re-downloading

CS6 works now. But I don't have anti virus anymore. It is annoying af. I am going to try autodesk again
