It's your preference, though I like companies that build computers themselves though I believe if you use the right parts, custom-built computers are a lot better. |

custom built is the best option
no - not getting a website and choosing your parts
building it yourself, you can get a cost efficient pc that gets almost twice the performance of a laptop at that price range |
