The IAB Director has gone inactive and hasn't improved our system in employment. The corruption has gotten worse, IAB has lost many members, and the current IAB director doesn't even have a deputy director which will make operating even worse. IAB was created to make sure that our departments and agencies have clean and non-corrupt agents/employees but that has been lacking every day we let the IAB do nothing about it. I have sent in over 20 file complaints of agents and none of them have been answered, and that is unacceptable, IAB needs a directorship on where people's voices can be heard on where the corruptness of NUSA flows away as our system increases its ways.
My plans for IAB would first start working on reforms, I plan to check everyone and see if they are affiliated with any gangs or have any gang background to make sure our IAB is clean and non-corrupt itself. After reforms I plan on hosting tryouts and interviews for the IAB until we reach to 50 members as I believe that is the right amount of agents we need. During the process of recruitment I want to set up a system on where citizens can file a complaint of an agent with proof, their agency/department, and their roblox username. I then will have a trello card of the certain user and have 1-2 of my agents filing reports on them and getting them removed from their certain job to make sure the corrupt do not stay. More plans will be released if I am chosen for the position.
My experience with IAB is when I was an IAB agent and all I wanted to do is help this bureau improve but the director was busy on other things and didn't want to help this failing bureau, I left the agency and I wanted to make a change. People that are unemployed looking for a job like this deserve a chance to tryout or be interviewed, they deserve the right to have a job that they appreciate working with. I have made self trello cards not to long ago of corrupt agents I have seen at LV and DC, and if I get this position, I can finally bring justice to those who have not been dealt with.
IAB deserves better, IAB deserves a new director, IAB deserves me. |
