I think it could be possible, but there are still a few things to work out. This could lead to exploiting, with hackers making inappropriate names and getting people banned. Also, this is basically like recycling a group. If you make a group, you'll stick with it, and if you want a new name, you make a new group. I understand that sometimes people may make spelling errors and such, but that's on them. It was their fault for not overlooking their group name. Sorry, but no support.
