As said in the petition, ROBLOX has near-completely wiped out a unique community. There was no reason for this, but ROBLOX did so either way. Want to show support? this community is special. it's extremely rare to develop while interacting with each other. the only example i know of this on ROBLOX is a game called blocklr http://www.roblox.com/games/149648746/blocklr-classic the community of games like this went from thousands and thousands, to only a dozen or so.

They didn't "wipe out a unique community", it's literally just removed the in-game element and ported it over to studio. The tools are more comprehensive and simplified, more features are available for the more adept builders (such as scripting), Team Create is more secure as it's not exploitable, and on top of that, it doesn't require membership.
