Why should it be forced upon us if we don't want it? I don't care how "beneficial" it may be to me (as I've already gotten both high school language credits anyways), if somebody doesn't want to do it, that's their choice as an individual. People drink even when it's not necessarily good for them, and that's their prerogative if they're able to make the choice (aka legally old enough to buy a bottle). |

I actually will argue with this, because you're totally wrong. ROBLOX, fundamentally, is about computer programming. Cramming language learning oppurtunities won't fit, because they're such radically different topics of interest. While the notion is good on paper, ROBLOX is no substitute for a legitimate education. The most you could learn on ROBLOX of a different language is grunting a few basic words at best, which is useless for the purposes that you're aiming for. You don't learn a language in a few days, and you certainly don't learn them in 3 minute intervals playing a lego ripoff.
A good parallel example of this is the admins trying to integrate seasonal events such as easter egg hunts (2015's) into games such as loleris' "The Mad Murderer". It wasn't a good experience, and anyone who played it will most certainly vouch for this. |

I'm halfway through high school and have a GPA of 4.0, I'd appreciate it if you cooled off on the assumptions my friend. In my downtime I'd go to said club and play it, as intended.
You don't need to "learn everywhere you go" necessarily. In fact, it even builds up stress and is harmful to growth if you don't have unstructured play time.
You don't necessarily need to be bilingual to be successful either, I'm going into mechanical drafting and I don't need to know an ounce of the Spanish I've learned for that. |
