No Outrageous Builders club badge

I have been in every builders club there is. Builders club,Turbo Builders club, and Outrageous Builders club. Each time you get 1 of the 3 you get a badge. So I got a badge for each one except OBC which is probably the most important. But one thing that makes me mad is that I don't a have that badge and I want to know why?.
