It's the roblox game u played a really long time ago, anyways the 8th gym leader Giovanni has a mew 2 as his last pokemon. I tried to go after him with everything I had and it didn't work, I tried using a ghost pokemon in ghastly and he was obliterated by shadow ball. Idk how tk beat it, it's a level 85 btw

Use a dark type. Psychic moves have no effect on dark types.

+ shadow ball (a ghost type move) is only half effective on dark types as opposed to 2x effective against other ghost types.

(assuming that this game has generation 2 pokemon) Umbreon If that's not possible (it might not be since Umbreon is an eeveelution) then try Tyranitar or Houndoom
