My sister drives the Civic too and whenever I get in it after she drives it my head is pushed up against the ceiling because she raises the seat. I have to lower it as far as it goes and push it back all the way too to be comfortable in it. I'll take the Civic over the Taurus tho cuz it doesn't burn through my money on gas.

My dad is pretty much the same height as me (maybe he's a half-inch taller) and he always raises my seat up so far high and brings the seat forward whenever he wants to drive my CR-V so I pretty much share your problem

Random rant: Don't know why Lexus thinks their "Spindle Grille" actually looks good. It looks disgusting and is a major turnoff and the only car currently in their lineup that actually looks good with it is the Lexus RC

Random compliment: Acura's "Jewel-eye" LED headlights actually look really classy, stylish, and upscale. Definitely give it a really cool futuristic feel while still staying with the times

March 2017 update: My 2015 Honda CR-V is at 13,080 miles right now and still runs amazingly, great suspension and the brakes have helped me avoid like 2 wrecks (one of which would've been my fault for driving aggressively, oops)

"absolutely hate pickup trucks/trucks" why? tbh my dream is to drive a truck, but realistically maybe a truck like a Honda Ridgeline because unless you're absolutely going to be going off-road or doing heavy duty working you don't need a "tough" truck, I like a truck like the Ridgeline because it's the most luxurious truck out there (minus an F-150 King Ranch or something) and it's the ultimate tailgating/portable party machine and it's ridiculously speedy for a truck

I currently drive a 2006 Chevy uplander. My dad has always been thinking of trading it in for something else of just some money. I'm not sure what I would want in the future though. Haven't really thought of it.

Update on my car situation: Since I was at school all of last year my sister took over the Civic. My brother got into an accident in the Taurus and it got totalled so he ended up getting a Hyundai Sonata later on. However, he got a DUI and had his license suspended for a few months so I got his Sonata (which I needed for my internship) and once my brother got his license back he got an Elantra.
