I decided to get back into ROBLOX yesterday and found out I was hacked only 3 days ago(July 23, 2016). I have sent an email to ROBLOX support and was responded quickly by a bot. I have responded to that email and have not received a email back. Today, I emailed support again about the matter and I quickly received the same bot message. How long until I actually get help with this problem? -Lost over 40k items in ROBUX

One time, i contacted Roblox support via mail and they never responded

I've never seen any stories about support helping anybody.
