Hey there, Due to a recent security update, some users have been logged out of their accounts and asked to reset their pαѕѕword via emαil. If you did not have an emαil attached to your account, don't worry! Here are some things you can do. Solution 1 ---------- If you had ever purchased BC or Robux, you're in luck! Emαil [email protected] and tell them your account name and billing information you used to purchase those items. (You may need your parents help with this.) If you did not make any purchases, proceed to step 2. Solution 2 ---------- Emαil [email protected] telling them what happened. Be sure to include your account name, previous pαѕѕword, birthday on the account, and anything else that might help verify your the true owner. Hopefully one of these solutions worked for you!

armor is trolling i was locked out didnt have an email on this told billing info and they were able to locate my acc and verify i was the account owner, they told me the pαѕѕword and it worked so i reset it to something that i wont forget that is hard to guess but easy to remember

Thank you for this thread. I went to log on and it said it was reset for security. I was scared for a minute, I thought they did that because someone got onto my account. Good to know it was just a security update.

Well, if my username and previous p@ss isn't enough, I can kiss away my account. I was 11 when I made it, I didn't care for security, I didn't have any need for it anyways, nothing happened and I didn't fall for the "Free" robux sites which didn't have anything happen, until this update locking me out. I'm not trying to be rude or start a war, but ROBLOX is the reason I can no longer access my @ccount, and at the rate I've got for information for it, may be the reason I say bye-bye to one of my mains, and inevitably quit this game.

My friend has not bought any BC cards in a very long time. He sent them the approximate date one was bought, and what he bought for the card, but he doesn't know the PIN since he threw away the card. Roblox rejected this information. What else should he provide?
