team went 9-1 last year, got upset first round of playoffs
graduated some key players, but kept our 4-star QB. expect a 6-4 or 7-3 season |

Our team won state last year but I don't remember the record (Back to Back state champs), we got a new coach but I don't think we will make playoffs

team combine on august 18 (not an official practice).
my lifting schedule is changed for today so ill be lifting this evening at the school "with the team". most people either lift on their own or dont lift, so there will likely be very few people there today. |

we start soon and
coach said i need gain 10 pounds before september and i can be play special team coverage and stuff like that |

what kind of squats are best
my coach says if i have enough speed i can be on kick off team and potential return team |

id do back squats day 1 of lifting
and then assuming u go to the gym at least twice a week, the 2nd day id do single leg jump squats (look them up on youtube, they improve speed and strength and vertical) |
