hard to give exact advice without knowing full movesets, natures etc.
a mega alakazam could wipe your team as it is. your team is also weak to slowking, heatran, dragonite, tyranitar, gyarados, aerodactyl, manectric, tyranitar, excadrill and some other stuff that a lot of people have.
ensure you have type coverage and a strategy, is your team stall/offence/balanced etc?
you have lucario, mega gengar and mismagius/trevenant which are all weak to ghost or psychic pokemon with a ghost move. get rid of mismagius/trevenant.
