I agree, but maybe instead of turning it off, they could add a confirmation button, so if you accidentally click, you still need to confirm purchase. They don't need to get rid of the pop-ups because, hey, devs need to advertise things too. Also, you are the only other person I know who has the autumn top hat other than myself. |

Better suggestion: When the popup box appears, you should be required to type "yes" into the textbox before the yes button works. As a developer, please PLEASE don't underestimate user stupidity. You add this and I'm never going to hear the end of "OMG FIX UR BUY BUTTON" from idiots that forgot to re-enable it. |

Well, maybe people should read what it says first and not blame Roblox for their own selfish mistakes. Just a thought. :P |

100% Agreement with Inter.
&Yes, don't underestimate peoples ignorance or stupidity.
Even before I go onto anything about programming; I'm going to point to people who stare right at a price tag for a solid 2 minutes, pick up and item, and ask me how much it costs. (I work in retail.) |
|

I still think a confirmation button is a better idea...why type "yes"? A confirmation button makes more sense, takes less time, and is easier to make |

"Well, maybe people should read what it says first and not blame Roblox for their own selfish mistakes. Just a thought. :P"
but what if they're just trying to play the game and then suddenly pop-up and they accidentally click it
that is entirely not their fault |

More sense: Debatable.
Less time: Sure, but that can be a problem in and of itself. Especially if they are like me and have a mouse that sometimes likes to double click.
Easier to make: ... Not really, it's about the same once you know how to make either one of them. Maybe around an extra minute or 2 of work for the programmer? |

@Demon_Fire
Because rapidly clicking is how we got into this mess in the first case. You want the confirmation measure to be something you can't blindly click through before you see it. |

Actually, maybe you can't click the button for 2 seconds after the pop-up box shows. That way you know you're clicking the buy button before you actually press it. |

i think it's better to just stick with a block pop-ups option at this point

I agree with Udo on disabling the button for a little bit when the popup appears.
It would also be nice to have the confirm button be bound to (X) when using a controller so when you're jumping around and the purchase prompt pops up then you don't confirm it with a jump. |

If you could turn them off manually it would make people so confused because they aren't getting pop-ups like Internecivus said. Typing yes doesn't seem necessary because it's only a purchase. Deleting an item? That's worth adding that system for. |

###### It literally takes a second to type "yes." Less than that if you're quick. |

Yeah I know my name has a word that needs to be censored. For most people on ROBLOX though, they usually are kids. That means they'll look down at their keyboard and type yes slowly, so it may take them a little longer. And you also have to take your hand off the mouse, so for some games this would be deterring from the action. |
|
|
Just add an "are you sure" confirmation.
|
|
|
@Intern True...then let's add a second confirmation button, but make it bigger and in all caps so that way they are forced to read it. |
|
|
Yeah, the damn game pass popups get old, support.
If my parents saw my internet history I would be in a straight camp. |
