Humanoids are now broken for anything that isn't one of Roblox's default models. They will automatically place objects named "DefaultSize" in every part under the same model. These values - as well as others automatically generated within the Humanoid object, itself - are used by the R15 model so that it can be scaled. Unfortunately, this renders nearly every other model completely unusable, as it will die instantly. So, my suggestion is that Roblox reverse this change so developers can properly use Humanoids. And if anyone knows of a way to put a humanoid into a model without it instantly dying, please share.

What's funny is that well, at least for us, this depends on what character you've made. Our old one used to work but our new one just does what you've mentioned, and I've seen other people have the same problem. Peeses (filter made me do that) me off that development can't go further cuz of this.

It still seems to work if you set it to R6, provided you have parts named "Torso" and "Head." But if it's set to R15, all bets are off. So anyone who had a model built around R15 - like me - probably had a hard time converting it to use R6. I had to remake all my animations to use the new part names.
