seems reasonable. I just hope the Lions -- if they make the playoffs -- are able to win at least one playoff game. |
|
|
i think the predictor got divisional matchups wrong, i went back to the link and put these and i think these are right. seedings and wildcard results are still the same
Divisional
-------------
3. Pittsburgh Steelers @ 2. Oakland Raiders (Steelers win)
5. Kansas City Chiefs @ 1. New England Patriots (Patriots win)
3. Atlanta Falcons @ 2. Seattle Seahawks (Seahawks win)
4. Detroit Lions @ 1. Dallas Cowboys (Cowboys win)

"seems reasonable. I just hope the Lions -- if they make the playoffs -- are able to win at least one playoff game."
assuming they get the 3 or 4 seed, i think they will. i think they'd beat the Redskins, Bucs, Giants, Vikings, and Saints (all of whom i think have a chance at getting an NFC wildcard, with Philly having a more distant chance) |

"Of course the patriots fan picks the patriots"
ok, who do u have then? o wait lemme guess.. THE STEELERS??!?!?!?!

Lol'ed @ the Redskins going 11-4-1 |
|
|
Cowboys have the easiest schedule in the league and have been tested by it. They have a great offense but their defense will be their downfall

"Lol'ed @ the Redskins going 11-4-1"
their rest of schedule is pretty easy. assuming they don't collapse, i really don't see them losing to anyone, MAYBE the Panthers
"Cowboys have the easiest schedule in the league and have been tested by it. They have a great offense but their defense will be their downfall"
Seattle will definitely be a challenge if they play them, i'm just worried by how they performed against Tampa yesterday |
|
|
They are not losing to the giants and probably will beat the panthers |
|
|
i mean, they already beat the Giants once, and they'll be at home the 2nd time so |
|
|
I mean our defense is better than it was against the Redskins |
|
|
in review, i was pretty accurate with the AFC North, somewhat close with AFC East, close with the AFC South, pretty accurate with AFC West, pretty much blundered on the NFC North, blundered a bit on the NFC East, pretty close with the NFC South, and did alright with the NFC West.
for the seeding, AFC wise i got 4 out of 6 of the playoff teams right. i didn't expect the Bills to blunder like they did, and i probably would have been right with the Raiders/Chiefs if Carr didn't get hurt. Colts just suck. NFC wise, got 4 of the 6 playoff teams right. the Packers running the table ###### up my prediction there.
however, almost all of the teams in the divisional round are teams that i expect to make it there anyways (with the obvious exception of the Raiders, and now the Lions). my new playoff bracket is:
Wildcard
-----------
5. New York Giants @ 4. Green Bay Packers (Packers win)
6. Detroit Lions @ 3. Seattle Seahawks (Seahawks win)
5. Oakland Raiders @ 4. Houston Texans (Texans win)
6. Miami Dolphins @ 3. Pittsburgh Steelers (Steelers win)
Divisional
-----------
3. Seattle Seahawks @ 2. Atlanta Falcons (Seahawks win)
4. Green Bay Packers @ 1. Dallas Cowboys (Packers win)
3. Pittsburgh Steelers @ 2. Kansas City Chiefs (Steelers win)
4. Houston Texans @ 1. New England Patriots (Patriots win)
Conference
-----------
4. Green Bay Packers @ 3. Seattle Seahawks (Packers win)
3. Pittsburgh Steelers @ 1. New England Patriots (Patriots win)
Superbowl
