thats an overstatement of Portugal "being lucky"

1. They're more hungry and more passionate ever since Zidane became manager.
2. He manages to pop up in big games, he's a great header on the ball, combined with his height and intensity for the game, he's dangerous.
3. Well, Real exploits teams with their crossing ability. Real Madrid have very talented players to head the ball as well as whip it in.
4. Real plays it smart, they do get lucky but they set it up with nice tactics.
5. Luckier than the Seahawks? The seahawks threw a pick at the 1, not so lucky.
The packers? Onside kick bounced off of a player's head? Not lucky. Another incident: Larry Fitzgerald lights their defense up, ending their super bowl dreams.

Did we get lucky in our 32 ligas? In the UCL? Did we get lucky in the supercopa? No. It's called skill. Ramos can score in minutes that saves us. That isn't luck. That's being a good player. What club do you support? I want to know :)

Hell I'll even admit as an Atleti fan we were lucky to draw Alaves on opening weekend and lucky to win vs Rostov with a late winner.
Please admit the fact that if Barca finished their easy chances Real would've lost last week and admit the fact that Deportivo La Coruna just choked. Also admit the fact that Duje Cop should've scored the PK for Sporting Gijon a couple weeks ago vs you guys. ALSO admit the fact that Sporting choked away a 1 goal lead at the Bernabeau in extra time. ALSO ADMIT Ludogrets should've beat you guys.
