Small fix to the forums

I am previously known as Consonants, and you pretty much now get why I'd like my tracked threads to remain tracked after a name-change. The problem is that name-changing erases all your forum data (except post count which is fixed) because the forums think you changed your identity. But your identity is not your username, it's actually your user ID. What I am trying to say is that you are unable to change your ID, but you can change your username. If we base our forum data on ID, then there will be no issues whatsoever and your tracked threads will remain. I already thank the people who have previously supported this.

I got donated by a friend and name-changed. While "Consonants" was a "snipe", I do prefer short names regardless if they're non-existing or existing words.
