Starting from after the league break (R11) managers and players within Division A can qualify for monthly bonuses, which will occur at the start of every new month. Below are how to qualify for these bonuses. The league money is based on how well the manager and players performed in the previous month. The payouts are made to allow teams of lesser quality to earn, as long as they fight for their place in the first division.
This new addition encourages managers to focus on fun and good team spirit as well as playing, there are no subtractions to league money from a bad performance, however if they let their team grow inactive or don't guide their players to behave then their league money will quickly decline.

*General League Money Rules (Section 1)
1) The RO-FA has the ultimate decision power over any legislation. (C)
2) The RO-FA has the right to deny any managers money, for valid disclosed reasons. (B)
3) A player who has transferred the past window cannot earn league money. (B)
4) A player or manager who has been suspended the past window cannot earn league money. (B)
5) Bonus amount is dependant on the rules set out in the criteria. (B)
5) Bonus amount cannot be a negative, it will be a minimum of 0R$ per month. (B)
*Loan punishment grading (Section 2)
1) Class C punishments under league money rules = min game ban of 0, max of 3, 25R$ per game.
2) Class B punishments under league money rules = min game ban of 1, max of 5, 45R$ per game.
3) Class A punishments under league money rules = min game ban of 7, max of LIFE, 99R$ per game.

If a team meets this criteria, then the Manager will receive league money payout at the beginning of the month. Reductions stack, but can't go into negatives.

The team forfeits a match: -65R$
The team has a player suspended for a minor offence: -10R$ per player suspended
The team has a player suspended for a moderate offence: -20R$ per player suspended
The team has a player suspended for a medium offence: -30R$ per player suspended
The team has a player suspended for a major offence: -50R$ per player suspended
The manager is suspended for any offence: -75R$
Monthly Assistant Manager Payout: 20R$
The team forfeits a match: -20R$
The team has a player suspended for a minor offence: -20R$ per player suspended
The team has a player suspended for a moderate offence: -20R$ per player suspended
The team has a player suspended for a medium offence: -20R$ per player suspended
The team has a player suspended for a major offence: -20R$ per player suspended
The manager is suspended for any offence: -20R$
Player Payout: 0R$
Player is Team of the Week: +10R$
Player is Player of the Week (gold): +30R$
Player is Player of the Week Runner Up (bronze/silver): +10R$
Player earns a "Zanzi Bonus"*: +10R$
Player is suspended for any offence: -50R$
Player asks for a Zanzi Bonus: -10R$
Player is seen being rude/attitude problems: -10R$
Player gets a yellow card: -10R$
Player gets a red card: -50R$
*A Zanzi Bonus can now be given out at any time by RO_FOOTBALL, it is a small cash reward for a player that has impressed in someway, most likely through good attitude or helping of another. Basically a golden sticker, you remember primary school right? If you don't mess up at the start of next month it will be cashed out!
