This is the script / guide for 'On The Island'.

Main Characters : Sage Lorrento - A reporter who works for a big newspaper company where she lives. She is energetic, fun, but can become serious in times of need.
Ash Lorreto - Sage's sister. A clothes designer. She is not always in a good mood, but when she is, she is fun to be around.
Hunter Wolfe - A government agent going undercover as a Businessman coming to this island, due to reports of strange behavior. He is very serious, sometimes tells a joke or two, but seems a bit suspicious, wandering off a times.
Archer McDisenor - A pilot. He is quite energetic and funny, and can always seem to fund the right thing to say. Although he is very curious, sometimes going off. And that's where the story catches up.
Smaller Characters : Pilot, locals, The Thing.

Basic Overview -
This film, is about a group of people who go on a long vacation to an island. As they head to where they are staying, they hear screams, and turn to see the boat that took them here sink in the horizon. They realize that they cannot do anything, as this island is short of technology. There phones do not work, and the only way to communicate is to write a letter, and have someone row a boat to a close island, where there is technology. Seeing the boat sink, they become anxious, write a letter, and just try to get some sleep.
The next day, they are relaxing, playing sports, when Archer notices Hunter wandering off. He looks around, and then goes off to find him. They travel through a jungle, eventually catching up. They talk for a bit, and then Hunter gives up, and shows him his agent badge, telling him to keep it a secret. He tells him about his mission as they are walking.
They reach a lagoon, and see movement in the bushes. Hunter looks anxious. He tells archer about the supposed 'Tribes' still around on this island. A few people coming out of the bushes, holding spears, bows and arrows, and wearing tribal clothes. As they continue watching, they see someone being dragged out, like a prisoner. The tribe then force the prisoner into a nearby cave.
The tribal people start to make some weird noises and gather round in a circle, performing some ritual. A scream is heard from the cave, then a flash of red light. And then, silence.
Archer and Hunter sprint back to the resort, telling Sage and Ash, but they are unbelieving. They proceed to run to the local village and try to tell everyone there. Again, no one believes them.
Night falls, and Hunter and Archer arrange to meet up in the morning. Sage cannot sleep. She wakes up, and decides to go for a stroll on the beach. She hears something, a soft growl. She turns, shocked, to see this thing staring at her. It is a hideous, scary looking beast, with red eyes. Sage runs, but it is faster. It pounces on her, and at this moment, Archer wakes up, hearing her screams. He runs down the beach as fast as he can and tackles the beast to the ground. It gets up, scratches him across the cheek, cutting him, and runs off into the jungle.
The next morning, Sage, Archer and Hunter are meeting in a secret place by the beach privately. Ash comes by, and says that she is going exploring. No one really thinks much of it, and Ash goes off into the jungle, towards the lagoon. 5 minutes later Archer realizes what she just said.
They run into the jungle, making their way to the lagoon, to see Ash on the floor with scratches up her arm. Sage gets really worried. They all take her to the village to get healed. Once she is, night falls.
They decide that this thing is dangerous, and must be stopped. As they wander into the jungle, a village boy runs into them. He tells them that he believes them. And he knows about the thing. He shows them 'The Book', which tells about the beasts history.
Archer says that it must be stopped, but they need the right equipment. They run off to the village to find it destroyed by the tribe. The boy says that they are taking some of the locals to The Beast for a ritual, as said in the book. When the tribe is gone, they hurry to the village and get whatever weapons they can.
Wandering through the jungle, the get to the lagoon with the cave, only to find glowing red light from inside the cave, and everyone gone. They wander inside, and see in in the corner. It turns, and stares at them. It then pounces, they run, but it catches up. Hunter gets tackled to the ground, but tries to stab The Beast. He manages to do so, and it claws him in the left arm, making him unable to use it. Archer and Ash then get there sharpened sticks out and proceed to attack it. It is stunned, and they run back to the beach. They see a helicopter with a pilot and a co pilot standing outside, yelling at them to get in. Once they have done so, they see the beast running out of the jungle. The co pilot tries to get on the helicopter in time, but the beast runs up to him and kills him.
As the helicopter takes off, the pilot tells them that he got the message about the boat today. No one was alive, but as he was going to return, he saw flashes of light from the island. He then came and picked them all up.
Hunter and the others get fixed up at the other island.
There might be a sequel if this goes well.
