I'd just like to make my thoughts on this issue clear in an attempt to stop people from arguing. Personally, I'm quite a fan of the Beatles and I dislike the vast majority of music produced from 1990 onwards. That said, if I wanted to talk about my own music tastes, I'd just make a thread called "Talk about the Beatles here" or something akin to that, instead if saying "The Beatles are better than lala del rey" (I'll be honest, I don't know who she is off the top of my head, but upon googling her I would wholeheartedly agree with that sentiment). If I dislike a particular type of music, instead of bragging about how bad that music is, I'd talk about how good the music that I do like is, and I encourage you to do the same. |
