I like the idea, but not many parents would be willing to pay money for it, and, people could use the Internet to answer these test questions and start to abuse. I think the safest we can go is Account Restrictions, or, split into two server types: Under 13 and Above 13 years of age. Supported, but needs to be more thought out.
