This guide is set out to inform players and managers what is allowed and what isn't regarding customs and upgrades to the 2017 kits. --------------------------------[[LEGAL]]-------------------------------- *General Kit Rules (Section 1) 1) The RO-FA has the ultimate decision power over any legislation. (C) 2) Players can only buy/wear a customized kit if they have in their inventory the original kit first. (B) 3) Members of RO-FA may not resell customized kits at a price above 20R$. (A) 4) Members of RO-FA may not include extra charges for customized kits. (B) 5) Kit customizers should only sell a customized kit if the buyer has an original kit in their inventory. (A) 6) Shorts/Pants may not be customized. (C) 7) Casual wear may be customized with the RO-FA Board's permission. (A) *Kit Customization Law (Section 2) 1) A kit may only be upgraded with the following: (B) a) Numbers and names b) Tattoos/jewelry c) Accessories (such as##ape) 2) A kit may not not include the following, or met with serious punishment: (B) a) Inappropriate upgrades b) Extra sponsors c) New colours/designs d) ### designs for current sponsors *Kit punishment grading (Section 3) 1) Class C punishments under kit rules = min game ban of 0, max of 3, 25R$ per game. 2) Class B punishments under kit rules = min game ban of 1, max of 5, 45R$ per game. 3) Class A punishments under kit rules = min game ban of 7, max of LIFE, 99R$ per game. --------------------------------[[BASICS]]-------------------------------- So follow the guidelines above when customizing to avoid unnecessary charges and bans. You may upgrade kits within the rules defined in Section 2, but the person buying them must have already purchased a blank RO-FA kit from the RO-FA store before buying/wearing a custom. You may customize your own kit and wear it, along as your manager agrees to your additions and you have an original kit in your inventory (identical to the team kit you upgraded). However, we recommend you let your Managers create and provide you with custom kits to avoid confusion and duplicate numbers, or bad jobs. If you wish to sell custom kits, you may do so but you can't charge more than 20R$ for the service and kit. This is to stop third parties profiting of our hard work. We expect Managers to provide custom kits at the minimum costs however.
