it's a garbage rule that should never have been thought of in the first place.
if the pitchers are in good enough condition to prevent the batters from scoring within their pitch count limit then who cares.

what's the point of making a stupid rule where you have two baserunners to start the inning for the purpose of "not wearing out the pitcher" when you already have the pitch count rule which is actually kind of acceptable
