like the rule is only there because they don't want to over work their pitching arms this early in the year, but honestly it's too much of a buff. man at 2nd to start the inning. no man ## ####

it's a garbage rule that should never have been thought of in the first place. if the pitchers are in good enough condition to prevent the batters from scoring within their pitch count limit then who cares.

like i mean, what's the point of making a stupid rule where you have two baserunners to start the inning for the purpose of "not wearing out the pitcher" when you already have the pitch count rule which is actually kind of acceptable

because you can only have so many pitchers that are eligible to pitch. then you have players forced to pitch and you know how much teams love that....
