either one of these: 1) FERRARIWINSLOL 2) MERCEDESWINSLOL 3) Ferrari and Mercedes have an extremely close race and the outcome is decided by the leader trying to lap the sluggish Saubers and McLarens.

The odds of McLaren having reliability issues are so in favor of it that people who bet money on that actually deserve to lose money for predicting correctly. More or less the same with Renault.

serious predictions are honestly impossible right now based on how the teams' technology looks on paper and how it looks in practice. ferrari and red bull are catching up to mercedes but they've had totally different stories in the offseason. red bull looks amazing on paper but their testing results weren't that great (although still the 3rd fastest of every team), while ferrari is literally the opposite. then there's the fact that the staff at both ferrari and mercedes insist that they're behind the other.
