When high school football ended in early November, I have gone through a lack of physical activity. I haven't been to a gym or weight room or have done any intense workout. Other than the occasional 3-4 mile jog around my neighborhood, I haven't moved around much and my weight has gone up from 229 to 246. I pretty much gained around 15 pounds from just purely eating and not controlling that with physical activity. Well, tonight, I decided to get a gym membership at Gold's Gym and I played nearly 2 hours of pickup basketball and now my thighs and back are sore as heck. But wow that actually feels so good. My goal is actually to get down to ~210 from ~245. I feel like at around at the most 210 I look great and that's definitely a plus for getting chicks in college

I have never been over 200, and don't think I want to I was 5'9" or so and 130 when I got into high school and now I'm 5'11" nearing 6 feet and weigh almost 160. The swim training really helped bulk me up. It turned most of my fat into some muscle. What I focused on most is endurance and some running. So running and swimming do help but they aren't the most interesting physical activities. Maybe try water polo?

Water polo is an intense sport but I haven't truly swam (not even going to count pool "parties") since I was on a swim team back in like 2010 so I'd rather not I think I'd be good with the cardio workouts like a treadmill (with incline of course) and basketball, and also limiting the calories. Both together will cause my weight to drop over time, and I should be able to lose at least 25 pounds before college starts

I used to weigh 205 back before I started football in freshman year of HS, I was 5'8 and 205 lbs. Now I'm 5' 9 1/2 and 245. It's getting disastrous and I need to bring my weight down because I'm pretty much nearing diabetic levels

Okay after browsing r/streetwear there are maybe only one or two looks I can pull off, and a lot of the outfits are long sleeve shirts/jeans. I live in the southern half of Texas and if you wear long sleeve shirts or pants you ARE going to sweat

I'm sorry, but I have never understood the appeal for streetwear just browsed every post on the front page of r/streetwear and only found one or two outfits that looked OK at please tell me what the appeal is as opposed to wearing well fitting clothes that look classic/classy
