I mean, seriously. Some what sad kid thinks japanese it cool. I admire that, but I hate it when they use translators to make us THINK that he speaks (false) japanese.

I know! if they really want to speak japanese they should use a romaji dictionnary to translate what they want to say WORD BY WORD.

I want to learn Chinese. :3 BTW, is there major difference in Japanese/Chinese writing? Don't they both use symbols?

Every writing system uses symbols. Without symbols, it wouldn't be writing.

You mean ideographs? Symbols that signify a concept? If so, yes. Both Japanese and Chinese language use ideographs. Although Japanese uses syllabaries, symbols that are read as whole syllables too.

Does that make Japanese writing easier or harder?

It makes Japanese writing easier. And I think Japanese regularly uses less ideographs.
