This will be labelled as the group rank "Minor" and is directed by iShadzinho primarily. Entry requirements branch from randomised scoutings and reports, to anomaly trial days. The easiest method of attaining a minor roster spot is to be scouted by our anonymous scouts who of which are of course anonymous, making it random in order to overseer average performances instead of the one off performance in front of a known scout. ________________________________________________________________________________________ METHODS Trial days are usually planned in advance, to achieve major attendance, however minimal spots are available in this induction method.
