[OFL] Head Coaching Changes for S14

please direct any concerns to Mailard on ROBLOX. The competition levels of OFL have long fallen since the days of S6, and the OFL ownership and executive board have decided on a change to bring back the OFL we all know and love. Firstly, we've decided to add 10 new teams, names and cities of which will be coming soon. Second, all current playoff head coaches are inelligible for coaching in S14, it's time to bring new blood into the OFL, and they will be voted on soon enough. Third, as a new rule to balance competition, teams are now no longer allowed to have more than 2 hall of famers on one roster, no exceptions and this includes OFN/HC/Referee hall of fames. More info will be coming soon, but for now these are the TLDR's of the big picture changes for OFL next season. -Commissioner Mallard, announced by PD -PD
