There aren't any genuine cons to having younger players. The game is made for them and there's no reason for the targeted audience to change. If the majority of the playerbase is within that age range, they'll side with them more than the small group of 14 year olds that think they aren't kids anymore. Also the idea of bad games on the front page I see frequently pop up. You need to understand why they're there. Because people play and enjoy them, just because you personally find them bad doesn't mean everyone else will. Clickbait is an advertising style and it works extremely well. That doesn't make any game bad. |

Let me just say I wasted around 40 minutes of my life reading this thread, but I can see hate comments pretty much skimmed your post, OP. I agree that the game should change their target audience, but maybe a little lower, say 10-12 y/o's? The fact that they're targeting 6-8 y/o's mainly doesn't seem smart. Sure, kids within that age range are pretty gullible, and might spend more robux, but some games don't seem appropriate for that age range. Ex: Phantom Forces. I've never played the game personally, and I don't have anything against it, it seems like a great game. Just not for 6-8 y/o's.
TL;DR
I half support OP's idea. Maybe just change the target audience age range to 10-12 y/o's?

@RadityaPrasety01 you are one of the reason why roblox is ruined. Look at your avatar, also, can you make games, i.e. script and build? Also, I take it you are unable to read as well because you clearly did not read what I proposed at the originaly post. I SAID CHANGE THE TARGET AUDIENCE and no, I do not want roblox to be for adults but I am saying it should not be targeting children as that does not work if you see the reasons I put at the front then you would now.

I know about that forum post, That is why in an earlier thread I posted why my thread does not violate the last rule which states it cannot make the game a 13+ site. Go read that, it is on page one of this thread and is the fifth ### #### ### ####### I do not care who is in the game, but who roblox is targeting. |

Ok, @rereisawesome you proved yourself to be stupid, I HAVE RESPONDED TO THE SAME QUESTION/QUERY SO MANY TIMES. LOOK BACK AT MY EARLIER REPLIES GOD DANG.I WILL JUST SAY IT AGAIN USING THE POWER OF COPY AND PASTE:

I want to say, well I am not asking for features, I just want to see roblox change the targeted audience to a more realistic age set. Many 6 year olds do not even know how to use a computer.
Also I want to keep roblox a 'kids' site' as by the end of the day, it is still a game and everyone is here to have fun. But the kids' age is the most important thing. It really will not work if you make this "kids' site" a place where toddlers get bullied and where kids end up in tears. The day roblox changes its target audience is the day when the old players come back. I do not want to see an age restriction and an unwritten roblox law that states you must be below a certain age to play it. I want to see it played by older people rather than just kids. Many people gets made fun of and told they have no life cos they play roblox because it seems childish. I know many people will agree, Roblox needs to stop targeting kids who can't even use pcs and those who do not have the ICT skills to make games in a gaming platform that is all about having its users make and play each others' games."
