Terms Of Service: #1 We will not be starting events until directly after the VB #2 This group will not only assess performance but also attendance and behavior. If you don't show up to many practices, it won't be good for you. (there are only 5 practices in the first week so you should be able to show up to around 4 of them and at the very least, 3) we WILL take attendance before every practice #3 Remember, this group does not guarantee that you will get drafted. Only the top 10 QB's, top 10 RB's, top 20 WR's, Top 20 CB's, top 15 DE's, and top 15 C's will be draft eligible. and although this is a list of 90 people, only 60 of the people in level 2 will get drafted, so 30 people who get to round 2 will not get drafted and will have to retry the next season. I suggest you play in OCFA to increase your skills to better your chances #4. Coming into the trainings and practices you will be EXPECTED to know how to line up and what positions there are. This is not a coaching program to teach you how to play, this is a program to assess skills of potential rookies who are OFL ready. If you do not know these things then you should join ocfa for a season and then try out because I guarantee you will not make it to level 2 without having this knowledge. #5 Remember, you cannot drop down to ocfa after being drafted for atleast one full season and cannot leave the team you are drafted too so join at your own risk. #6 Trying out as a QB or RB is not an ideal start. On average, you will be lucky if ONE of the top 10 qb's and rb's gets drafted. That's 2/20 players at best so your odds aren't good. Most of the time teams will focus on drafting WR's/CB's the most and then DE's and then C's. QB'ing and RB'ing is usually earned after several OFL seasons of being a solid player at a different position. #7 MOST IMPORTANT: remember do NOT EXPECT TO HAVE A LOT OF PLAY TIME IF ANY AT ALL YOUR ROOKIE SEASON. Most of the drafted rookies in this program will ride the bench for their first season or even two seasons of OFL. Your job is to learn during OFL team scrimmages and to improve and work up to the starting position. It will not be easy but half of the started you see today including me benched their first 2 seasons. You will be LUCKY if 1 of the 60 people drafted starts on a team or gets a ton of play time so do not expect it. Joining this program and attending it actively means you understand all of these points and will accept the outcome of being drafted. Any questions? Post below or PM me I'll be happy to reply. -Blizzaria

what if the team that drafts u doesn't teach u anything and u want a release/trade due to that. if they don't teach u anything it kinda defeats the purpose of development. and u also can't really learn if ur rarely put on during scrims/games. just feel like the "can't leave the team in the 1st season" rule should be changed or removed completely. maybe after 4 or 5 weeks they can request a release. if you are genuinely unhappy in your situation then you shouldn't be forced to have to stay on a team for a season even if the coach is willing to release you.

@Refrigerator I get your point and if this becomes a concern in the future I guess there can be exceptions made. Most of the coaches should be happy to let rookies participate though especially in practice when a lot of people don't show up. But yeah obviously if you aren't learning anything we can talk about a release -Blizzaria

How many QBs/RBs do you expect to even show up to these practices?

"Will CBs be separated into short/deep/FS/ MLB. and take five of each?" No. As a CB in OFL the coach will find out where you best fit but most CB's should be able to move around comfortably. When the draft goes they will be listed at what they best played in practice but overall it'll just be 20 of the best CB's. "will we be able to do multiple positions or just 1?" You will be drafted according to one position. It's up to you to earn play time at a second position by moving up in your ofl career. Pretty much every ofl player ever started their career at only one position not two. "How many QBs/RBs do you expect to even show up to these practices? " I would hope not many QB's/RB's want to actually try that because chances of being drafted at these two positions are slim to none (especially for QB's) but nonetheless we will obviously see a good amount of people think they have a high chance at QB anyway. If these two positions are slim even though they are the most popular, then rankings will be accommodated for such -Blizzaria

Also, yes, WRs and TEs will be considered the same position in the draft.

i'd imagine that most of the lesser teams would be willing to draft a QB at least, as well as a RB that can run and block well

" so me being a top rb in OCFA means nothing in this draft and/or combine situation?" not if you dont show up in combine or perform well no. none of your prior accomplishments or stats will go in to your rating. and yes it will be rare for a rb to get drafted " Important question Since im the best WR in ofl atm, I will be drafted 1st pick, but what if i dont wnana be on that trash team." then dont join the preparatory and stay in the ocfa -Blizzaria

#215909283Thursday, May 04, 2017 12:37 PM GMT

Luna, you arent a top RB, there were no GOOD rbs this season. You were top 3 because you were more like a last choice pick for everyone.

" Do i have to do a full season in OFCA? to get drafted." nope a full season is not required but its recommended in case you dont get drafted first time. its a unrequired developmental league now -Blizzaria
