Players floating on respawn | HELP!

So if everyone respawn's they all float in the air and they cannot move. Does someone know a fix to this? I tried to add multiple spawn locations.

The solution is to move players who are still loading in the game in another spawn, or add multiple spawn pads that only ONE player can access.
