We need an online support chat. What i mean is a help section where we can talk to the ROBLOX staff through a support window about any inquiries that we have or have obtained through our journey on this wonderful game. With respect ROBLOX...you simply take way too long to reply to any of the emails that are sent to you, and your phone lines are mostly pointless. We feel abandoned most of the time. Even with billing inquiries we simply feel as if you don't care about our concerns. We don't want to be waiting around all day waiting for a worrying reply about a billing problem, i think many others will agree with me there. I had my rant now, it's time to improve ROBLOX and that's the reason i've made this post. We want to see you expand even bigger and better than you have done already. We all know you are capable. With this feature though it means customers has 24/7 access to staff with any problems that have occurred whilst on their 'unscripted' journey. It gives us the impression that you want to be connected with us and you do want to engage with your fans. Regards, LupusHellerium

The problem is that there are millions of users on Roblox and like 100 staff. So probably people are gonna be waiting for like 5 hours to talk to a staff. Plus people can abuse it with bot accounts.

Captcha? Needing a verified email to start an inquiry? Checking several boxes to make sure you are human? These are some things that can prevent bots. Yes, there is a low number of staff o the team, but maybe only certain problems should go to them, like problems with accounts, scams, glitches, things like that. And maybe having to call them and provide proof before you can be redirected to an inquiry sign-up page? These things will help an inquiry system be able to thrive, and only have to deal with bigger problems, like ones that kids face while playing on this online 'playground'. I support it.
