Unfortunately, after reading the guidelines, I learned that he did nothing wrong according to the ROBLOX rules. All his other actions that were bad and stupid were done outside of roblox, so I'm afraid ROBLOX can't ban him for those reasons. He did scam, but he scammed for things on the YouTube/Patreon websites respectively, and nowhere on the ROBLOX rules does it say that he cannot scam on websites other than ROBLOX. And yes, he did insult SMOKEYRBX, but he did it on TWITTER, and not ROBLOX. Even though ObliviousHD is a heartless ########, unfortunately, he isn't breaking any ROBLOX rules, so they can't ban him.
YouTube might be able to delete his account though. Go talk to them.
Also maybe ROBLOX will make an exception, but that's wishful thinking.
And no, I do not like him. I am not defending him on a bias, I'm making sure that if he is banned, he is being banned for violating the ROBLOX rules and guidelines.

Nowhere in the guidelines does it say you cannot bribe someone. It does say you cannot give robux if it's OUTSIDE OF ROBLOX, but anything inside of ROBLOX is fair game. ROBLOX will view his bribery as trading, or as giving away free robux "for a friend."
