I don't think we have taken the time to fully appreciate how genius of an idea Roblox University was. It really inspired and helped players learn how to model and script. The hats for the event looked amazing and it got players thinking "Wow, I could get this really cool hat if I just learned a little bit" and by the time the event finished, they knew the basics of modeling and scripting and maybe they went on to pursue creating a game of their own. Some of the players who used the Roblox University videos to help them learn are now creating the front page games. With all of the new players joining roblox, I think it's time for another event like Roblox University.
The event would be timed great, too. If the event was created and released around July (which might not happen, this is only speaking in ideas), most players will be on summer break.
To be fair, it would be a bit difficult to create an event so similar to a previous one. Maybe the event could be called 'Roblox University 2' or something? With all of the recent hat updates, I believe roblox could pull off an even better event with much, much cooler hats. Not only would the new (and old) players learn more about creating on roblox, they would also earn fashionable hats that come in an attractive red and white.
I, for one, am getting tired of seeing the same games and the same types of games on the front page for months at a time. Another event like Roblox University could inspire more users to learn more about scripting and creating and we could see more diverse and creative games on the front page in the near future.
A short while after the original Roblox University event, there were a few games popping up temporarily on the front page from fairly new users. Some of you may remember this better than I can. If you do, please share a few examples. I believe Roblox University was the main cause for this. The event may have inspired these users to create their own game.
With big YouTubers such as DanTDM bringing so many new players to the community, I believe another Roblox University will teach them (and us) to create. I know there are players out there who want to create but aren't sure where to start. Why don't we show them?

Some people did that, but what about the people who actually did the event legit? What about the videos that people still use to learn building and scripting?

I'd like to see Roblox University be a group that has monthly challenges and lessons, and for it to be a default group for all new users. |

We need another one because youtube tutorials aren't very easy to follow. Also most players joined after roblox university so yeah we need it. I played only a little bit of roblox university while I was a noob and I didn't understand it so I left and didn't come back. I realize now I wish it came back :(

I Support this, With something like this teaching people how to make good games, Nobody would have trouble earning Robux through gamepasses and the like |

I joined after this, and we need some scripting help.
I don't like to use any free models, nor watch YouTube tutorials, since they are a pain to follow. I read the Roblox Wiki tutorials, and got some help on scripting, but there are still some things that are unclear.
I also like the idea of a group. |
