This is really simple y'all.

I will put up a qotd, and it will last for two days. Whoever puts up the best answer and explanation will be chosen on that second day for their reward money. I will chose whose was best, being the owner and a hopeful writer one day.
And at the end of the week I will still do the hat pick. Which means I will put everyone's name in the hat and draw randomly from it. Once your name has been drawn it gets removed from the hat, so everyone will at least get a chance at the hat pick.
