SECTION 1: GENERAL BASICS
-Teams must wear uniforms that are similar to each other. Custom jerseys are allowed. Players who are on the field without a uniform is grounds for a redo.
-Any form of cheating (In-Game Admin Abuse or Hacks) calls for an immediate forfeit and suspension of one league season for those whom commit the cheating.
-Away team decides the coin toss.
-The home team gets to decide the requirements from the game, unless the opponent is incapable of the requirements. (Examples: 9v9,11v11, and etc)

SECTION 2: PENALTIES
-Offsides is a 5 Yard Penalty (If on the defense, it is a free play)
-Using admin commands (Specifically :m) during the middle of a play is a 10 yard penalty. If on the offense, it is a loss of down. If on defense, it is a redo of the down.
-Lag Plays are warranting of a redo. A player will get 3 lag warnings before being kicked or removed from the game.
-Using admin commands in order to prevent a player from scoring, or stopping the defense from doing something is a redo as well as a 10 yard penalty against the committing team.
-Diving behind the Line of Scrimmage for either team is a 5 yard penalty. (Though if the ball is handed off or passed behind the Line of Scrimmage, you may dive at them)

SECTION 3: Team & Game Requirements:
-Teams must have a minimum of 20 players on their team at all times, if a team is below this, they will be warned. Failure to get above the limit will result in the head coach being replaced.
-The maximum allowed players on a roster is 45 players. There is no limit on coaches and coordinators.
-The minimum amount of players on a team must have at least 5(5v5) and have no more than 8 (11v11)
-If both teams are under the minimum, the team with the most amount of players at the stadium will be awarded with the win for that week.
-Head coaches are not allowed to quit their position at any point during the season and then join another team. They are bound to that team until the season ends (including playoffs.)
-All players who are playing on the field during the game must be in the team group. There will be no accepting players into groups on Game-Day.
-Alternate accounts are not tolerated, if a player must use an alt for group space, that player should notify KiyelFTVV or the Commissioners. (Both is preferred)
-If a person is found to be using an alternate account, the team they are playing for will forfeit the game, and the Main + Alt account will be suspended for a league season.

SECTION 4: IN-GAME RULES
-You may not dive at the quarterback behind the Line of Scrimmage.
-Quarterbacks are allowed to run without a rush.
-There is no stacking on top of each other.
-Teams are allowed 2 Onside Kicks per Half.
-You may not refresh yourself for stamina.
-You may not teleport players on/off the field during a play.
-Onside kicks must pass the 45 Yard Line of the opposing team.
-If a kickoff goes out of bounds, the ball will be spotted on the 40 yard line.
-There must always be a center to snap the football, Whether they stay to block is up to the player and the coaches.
-If a player is over the Line of Scrimmage before the ball is snapped, it is considered offsides (Warranting of a 5 yard penalty.)
-Admin Abuse, as stated above, is an automatic FF. Examples of such are killing/freezing refs and opposing team's players.

SECTION 5: TRADING AND RELEASES
-Head Coaches, Owners, and Assistant Coaches are the only people allowed to sign players.
-The Trading Deadline is after Week 5, after such there will be no trades allowed.
-The Signing Deadline is at the end of the league season, there will be no signing or accepting players into your team groups after this time.
-You may trade players for draft picks, only prior to the draft though.
-If a player leaves a team during the season and is not reported within a week to one of the Commissioners or KiyelFTVV, they will become a Free Agent and can go to whatever team they want.
-If you illegally leave a team and you are caught, you will be given the choice to return to your prior team or face a 4 Week Suspension.
