I'm gonna make this short and sweet...
At this point I'm sick and tired of the EB and OFIA legit having to do screen checks on every single team due to the amount of alts that are being accused of existing, and since no Head Coach (that I've seen atleast) has made any moves to defer alts from their team by doing checks of their own (which is what you'd expect head coaches to do being that they own the team to begin with) I've decided to take it upon myself to put this following rule in act:
-From now on, if any coach is found with an alternative account on their team which is in clear violation of protocol, not only will they be fired in the spot with no warning, but they'll be blacklisted from ever being able to hold a coaching position in the league, this including assistant coach or offensive/defensive coordinator.
- As this blacklisting will be a new part of OCFA regulation, all former head coaches who may have been banned by dwarf or any former executive, will be granted a pardon moving forward meaning this is your 2nd and only chance.
- In the case of appeals, all appeals must be sent into me as to why you should be excused from the banning. (Let me just inform you now that "I didn't know" or "He said he wasn't an alt" won't suffice as a reason why and your appeal will be automatically declined.
I'm getting tired of coaches constantly claiming "I didn't know he was an alt how was I supposed to find out" even though it takes me and my team about 2 minutes of just looking through their inventory and spotting obvious signs.
If you are a current head coach and you oppose this mandation, just let me know and I'll quickly find a replacement for you.

To add on, I think a good rule to add is if someone knows of an alt too or doesn't support ratting out alts, they should serve some repercussion for not helping the authority. It would be known as withholding evidence. If they person so chooses for the activity to happen directly, AKA letting alts play, it's accomplice to commit or conspiracy to commit. So in short, help the authorities out if you know anything or be deemed guilty. Your choice. |

But this rule, I like it a lot. Don't know why I didn't try to enforce something like this, probably because a lot of people would complain. But it's good to slap the public in the face some times. |

What happens to people who are trying to start an actual OCFA career, but with the lack of requirements due to joining recently becomes an "alt".

Yogi the problem is, is that more alts are actually people in the OFL than people starting a career. That forces the commissioners to create this rule. |

If a team of alt chasers (for example OFIA or some other source reporting to commissioners) finds alts on a team they should give the HCs a time period of about 3-5 days since a coach can't focus on his teams development and alt chasing at same time. So you should make a time period of when the alt was found and if the HC failed to find the alt in a fair given time then they should be penalized. But I don't think they should be punish on the spot... |

The fact that the HC is accepting these people into their groups and SHOULD be watching who the play, that's why they are punished so severely. Not going to give them a chance to be like "I didn't know" and get them a get-out-of-jail-free card. |

Don't get it twisted b3nny I won't claim, I never do, I only say people are alts if they obviously are, I'm not gonna just look at an account and be like yeah that's an alt without finding a main account connected to it. |
