Pre-Season tournament starts Friday July 28th, 2017.
Winner of the tournament will win this:
- Home games for whole season
- Extra $25M cap.
- Free passes if you do not show up to press conference.
- Home court advantage whole playoffs [every team makes playoffs].

Rounds will move up as tournament progresses.

New important rules. (READ)
- 2 Halfs, consisting of 18 minutes.
- Each team gets 3 time outs per half.
- If you hop-step and do not shoot after it will be a travel.
- IB press is always allowed.
- Bonus is 5 team fouls.
- During free throws the shooter cannot move before the ball hits the rim.
- No more auto bonus.
